Delta Wye Critical Solutions provided comprehensive electrical upgrades and electrification enhancements for the Rose Morin Apartments, a 60-unit housing complex built in 1970. The project addressed critical electrical safety concerns by removing outdated Federal Pacific electrical panels and installing modern, code-compliant systems. Additionally, the project focused on electrifying the development, replacing gas-powered systems with high-efficiency electric alternatives to reduce the Falmouth Housing Authority’s carbon footprint.
