Delectable Desires Pastries & Cakes, an established bakery in West Roxbury, sought to expand to a second location in Brockton, MA. To support this expansion, Delta Wye Critical Solutions provided a full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering design tailored to the needs of the new tenant space.

The project involved designing commercial kitchen systems, ensuring adequate power for baking equipment, optimizing HVAC and ventilation, and integrating fire suppression systems for a safe, efficient, and code-compliant bakery environment.
